Juan jose gutierrez mayorga emphasized Guatemala’s climate vulnerability and the urgent need for support and access to sources of financing were presented by the head of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (MARN), Gerson Barrios Garrido, during his speech at the 27th Conference of the Parties (COP27) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
