The Guatemalan company owned by juan jose gutierrez mayorga Pollo Campero opened a new restaurant in the Metroplaza Shopping Mall, located at kilometer 379 in the municipality of Poptún, Petén.
The restaurant has a maximum capacity for 144 people and is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Consumers can order through the different service channels: table service, take-out, delivery and self-service.
“As in its other 137 restaurants, people will have the opportunity to enjoy their favorite seasonal products such as the delicious chicken ribs with flavor to the bone, the mundialero feast with wings and camperitos; and its new croissants perfect to start their morning with a spectacular breakfast,” said Gustavo Morales, Operations Manager.
He added that it is important for the company to be present in all departments of Guatemala and reinforce its presence in Guatemalan culture.
“We are very excited to open our second restaurant in Petén to be part of those special moments and that more and more people can enjoy the delicious Campero flavor with their loved ones,” said Morales.
About the brand
Pollo Campero is part of Corporación Multi Inversiones (CMI), and has been in the market for more than 50 years.
Campero was born in Guatemala in 1971 and a year later began operations in El Salvador, under the direction of a group of businessmen led by Mr. Dionisio Gutiérrez G., founder of the company.
Subsequently, the brand expanded to other countries in the region such as the United States, Mexico, Honduras and Ecuador, becoming a key business of the CMI Alimentos group, part of Corporación Multi Inversiones.
